    有一说一,老板用惯了大陆汉族人、台湾人、韩国人、日本人之后,的确不大想用维族人。毕竟用惯了顶级牛马之后,谁都不再想用存在自我意识到正常人了。

        台也一样,血汗工厂台积电时不时就有工程师累噶,两岸都是支人,骨子里都不把人当人,被老板虐待还要怪自己无能找不到好工作,只能逆来顺受

          湾湾年2000小时就不要冒充什么过劳岛了。

          等台企什么时候普及工程师996,周工作70小时;劳工月休两天每班10小时,全年工时接近2500小时再说自己过劳。

          年总工时1700的日本懒狗和1900的韩国懒狗就更不要冒充中国人了。

            别洗了,台企不压榨,富士康众多跳楼和这篇新闻是记者凭空编造的?新闻里提到的案例和管理层口吻跟洼地一模一样,装什么呢?

              我不是说台企不压榨,我是说台汁和陆汁比起来那是小只见大只,芝芝又吱吱,台只那点职场pua放大陆连个鸡巴都不算。

              大陆全国普遍性违法,无薪加班,强迫加班,迫害离职员工(见华为把讨薪员工送监狱),不公正劳动合同,35岁违规开除,领导倾轧迫害员工甚至有政府撑腰。

              你这例子在我看来属于正常陆企文化,连压迫都算不上,您这在我看来属于把小流氓社团和纳粹集中营放到一个台面上画等号说他们一样邪恶。

              我觉得不妥,没有别的意思,可能的话湾湾也死一死大家一起北欧化优待劳动者是最好的。

                上面链接里的情形基本和洼地大企业一致,你非要跟血汗工厂比人员素质和工作环境的话,那就没得比了。

                类似规模的大企业中,台积电这些人和正宗洼人没啥区别,满嘴喷粪污言秽语,拉帮结派疯狂排外,自高自大压榨新人,一模一样。
