大陆全国普遍性违法，无薪加班，强迫加班，迫害离职员工（见华为把讨薪员工送监狱），不公正劳动合同，35岁违规开除，领导倾轧迫害员工甚至有政府撑腰。
你这例子在我看来属于正常陆企文化，连压迫都算不上，您这在我看来属于把小流氓社团和纳粹集中营放到一个台面上画等号说他们一样邪恶。

在类似规模的大企业中，台积电这些人和正宗洼人没啥区别，满嘴喷粪污言秽语，拉帮结派疯狂排外，自高自大压榨新人，一模一样。
